Chef Mark Rabbene attended the Culinary Institute of America and began his career in the food industry in 1983. He has held many titles such as Apprentice at Four Seasons Restaurant, Corporate Chef for AT&T, and has been the owner of two restaurants back in his hometown of New York.
Mark has traveled abroad and has been able to experience the tastes of many different culinary dishes. He brings this experience to the table here at Summit Malibu. Mark’s appreciation for fine cuisine, stunning presentation and overall quality shows in the food he makes. He ensures that all meals are a delight to all of the senses. Clients and staff are consistently amazed by the variety of foods that Mark is able to prepare and serve.
When Mark is not cooking delicious meals here at Summit, he enjoys fishing and scuba diving.
