Manuel Wallace is a Substance Use Disorder Certified Counselor (SUDCC 17415) with over a decade of experience in addiction recovery and mental health treatment.
He specializes in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), which support lasting behavioral change and emotional growth.
Manuel earned four certificates from Oxnard Community College in Addictive Disorder Studies Counseling, the Addictive Disorders Counseling Advanced Program, Addictive Disorders Counseling in Criminal Justice, and Community Behavioral Health.
He is currently pursuing two Associate of Science degrees, with plans to transfer to a local university to complete a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
Manuel joined Summit Malibu in 2023 and he considers it an honor to walk alongside individuals on their healing journeys, finding purpose in service, a passion for recovery, and fulfillment in witnessing hope and sobriety take root.
